Introducing Vidya.us from Zoom

  






As the world adjusted to digital learning methods, there were fundamental changes in the interface and experience for educators and students. Vidya.us enables teachers and educators to create and collate engaging data in their live classes. Today, we’re excited to announce another significant step toward our vision of empowering the digital classrooms to engage and connect effortlessly while extracting deep insights about students and their personalized learning paths with the new Vidya app for Zoom.us.

We are excited to use Vidya directly in Zoom as it simplifies the experience for everyone. My students no longer need to use a second device to answer questions on Vidya and it happens smoothly within Zoom now - Vibhor Saini, Physics Teacher @YSchool

Vidya.us app is available on Zoom Desktop - 5.7.3 or later. Download the latest version of Zoom. 

What gets measured gets improved

Vidya.us Class Intelligence Suite enables educators to measure and improve lecture effectiveness. Further, educators can identify topics or students that need attention, and extend pro-active support.



Step by Step Guide

    1. Download and install Vidya.us app on your Zoom Account


    2. Click ‘Apps’ in the bottom menu bar.




    3. Click the "Vidya.us" app





    4. Sign in to your Vidya.us account. Note, if you do not have an account, the app will automatically onboard you as a new User.




    5. Start your first session on Vidya.us to engage with students in the Zoom Meeting.




    6. Click "Collaborate" to start Vidya.us app for all your meeting participants


    7. Start asking questions from your students now.  



How to remove the Vidya.us from your Zoom Account

Navigate to Zoom Marketplace Dashboard. Click on the "Remove" button next to the Vidya.us app.
